Copal Frankincense Resin Kit

Incense burning is a traditional and common practice in many countries as a way to purify and cleanse the home physically and energetically,  for ceremonial rituals and healing as the pleasant aroma of incense improves mood and relieves stress due to our body's ability to absorb the medicinal, healing properties of oleoresins such as Frankincense through the smoke released while burning.

Copal,  used in ceremonies since ancient times to fortify and invigorate the body, but also to clear and clarify the mind and spirit. 

Frankincense, can induce feelings of heightened spirituality and well-being, reduce feelings of depression and anxiety. 

Set includes 1 oz of copal and frankincense resin and two self-igniting charcoal disks.

How to use:

Light an edge of the disk with a lighter until it starts to sparkle a bit, or make a slight crackling, then place in a fire safe bowl or in a bit of sand. Place enough incense mix to fill the disk’s middle. Burn in a well-ventilated room, in a fire safe bowl, and do not leave unattended.
