Milky Mama Blessed is a blend of nutrient rich herbs that can boost milk production as well as the nutritional quality of your milk. This powdered blend of highly nourishing herbs that help increase milk supply in nursing mothers that experience low supply or are just looking for an "extra boost". It helps boost mineral levels and provides herbal nourishing nutrients, during breastfeeding for you and your baby, that are passed through the breast milk to your infant which can improve digestion and soothe symptoms of colic. This product does not contain any milk, dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, wheat, or gluten. Not recommended to use during pregnancy.*

Goats Rue - stimulates and increases milk production in nursing mothers. It contains an alakaloid 'galegine' that lowers blood sugar levels and It can be used in conjunction with medication to manage diabetes.**

Moringa - is loaded with essential vitamins and amino acids, and is especially high in iron.

Blessed Thistle - has high mineral content, and the bitter compounds in herb help enhance appetite and aid digestion. It is excellent for increasing milk production in nursing mothers. 

Organic ingredients: 

Goats Rue (Galega officinalis), Moringa (Moringa oleifera), Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), Blessed Thistle  (Cnicus benedictus), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)

How to use: 

Add 1 tsp to a cup, pour boiling hot water over it, let stand for 5-10 minutes, stir and drink. Alternatively, add 1 tsp to your smoothie, shake, soups or baked goods.  For best results use 3 times a day.
