Skullcap - is one of the best nourishing tonics for the nervous system. It calms overactive brain function, helps us focus and is beneficial for all states of nervous tension, anxiety, exhaustion, chronic stress and insomnia. It is also very helpful for headaches, migraines and muscle spasms.
Lavender - has a relaxing effect on mind and body. It eases tension and anxiety, but is also uplifting and can ease headaches and migraines.

How to prepare tea:
Steep 1 tbsp loose tea in 8 oz hot water for 20 min. To prepare herbal infusion, a strong medicinal tea, steep 1/2 oz of loose tea in a quart of hot water for 3-4 hrs, leave covered at room temperature. Drink as needed.
