Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders do not ship out the same day as they were ordered. If you are in need of a product sooner, please send us an email at hello@sanaharmony.com and we will work hard to get it out quickly.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer issue a refund if the products arrive in good condition. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If your order arrives damaged, please promptly let us know and we will be happy to replace it. We ask that you take a photo of the product and the packaging for us to provide to our shipping company for reimbursement. If the package is stolen or lost by USPS, please contact us at hello@sanaharmony.com and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS.
