Womb Balance

Womb Balance tea is a blend of herbs that help tone and return the uterus to it's new 'normal' position. Vitex - helps balance hormones after delivery for strength and recuperation and post-partum depression. It promotes involution and stimulates production of prolactin which is helpful in stimulating milk flow.

Hawthorn - is a heart supporting herb, regulates blood flow, relieves anxiety and stress, promotes sleep and libido. It is helpful for feelings of emotional heartache, grief, sadness. 

Fennel - relaxes stressed digestive system, enhances appetite, helps stabilize blood sugar levels and stimulates milk production.

How to prepare: 

Steep 1-2 tsp of loose tea in 8 oz hot water for 20 min. Drink one cup three times a day for two weeks.
