Eleuthero - is very beneficial for relieving physical and mental effects of stress, especially for athletes and people who work long hours and lack sleep. It increases endurance and stamina,  speed recovery, improves cognitive function and enhances immunity.  

Organic ingredients: 

Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceous), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Eleuthero Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Burdock Root (Arctium lappa), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Rainbow Peppercornes (Piper nigrum), Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), Cinnamon Chips (Cinnamomum verum), Orange Peel (Citrus sinensis)

How to prepare:

Put 1/2 a cup of tea blend and 4 cups of water in a pot, cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to decoct (low simmer) for 30 minutes with a lid on the pot. Strain, add some honey or a splash of milk. Drink warm.
