Shatavari - its main action is restoration of the female reproductive system and balance hormones as well as to enhance the supply and quality of breast milk.

Fennel - is a great herb for increasing milk production and it can be passed through the breast milk to your infant which can improve digestion and soothe symptoms of colic.

Alfalfa - is a nutrient herb which stimulates the appetite, helps nourish the skin, hair, and nails. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, and chlorophyl and helps stimulate the supply of breast milk in nursing mothers.

Goats Rue** (Galega officinalis), Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis)

How to use: 

Add 1 tsp to a cup, pour boiling hot water over it, let stand for 5-10 minutes, stir and drink. Alternatively, add 1 tsp to your smoothie, shake, soups or baked goods.  For best results use 3 times a day.
